Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. The rooms had stunning sea views and were well equipped with private facilities. The service was excellent, meeting all of our needs. Additionally, the hotel's location advantages made it convenient to access all that the city has to offer.
Despite the overall positive experience, there was a minor issue with the swimming pool being closed during our stay. However, the staff promptly suggested other nearby options for us to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay with amazing views of the sea. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of some excellent restaurants. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including a heated swimming pool with panoramic windows, saunas and Jacuzzis with staff always ready to set things up for our relaxation session. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all included in the package, and the homemade vegetarian dishes offered great variety. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel like family members.
Everything is what we need and want.

Overall it was not bad. The hotel is still new and somethings are not there yet. There is no free WiFi internet as advertized. The room could do with more cleaning.
Breakfast is below standard. Pillows are not comfy.

The hotel had a great view of the sea and was located close to the cable car station and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The gym and pool facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable to use.
The WiFi was a bit slow and unreliable at times. The breakfast buffet could have had a wider variety of options.

I tell you the hotel is simply amazing. We stayed here with my husband and absolutely loved it. The sunsets you see from the window are simply mind-blowing. We were on the 11th floor and it felt like floating over the sea. Unforgettable views!!! And guess what: I even found my favorite poetry of Neruda in their Happiness library. So much attention to guests. Simply cool. Absolutely recommended for couples!!

I had one of the best evenings in a hotel for years here :) The real magic was lying in my jacuzzi and watching the ocean straight in front of me out of the huge windows! This hotel was really great - so much attention to detail, like the high quality sheets, the super stylish cafe... The things you expect like bathrobes seemed to be all really thought about in detail by the hotel staff. I have to be in hotels a lot for work, and you normally always see some things that could easily be improved, but here in this hotel everything seemed just about right for someone like me. A big plus is that the hotel is obviously new - so everything feels crisp and it is immaculately clean.

My family had an amazing time at this hotel during our happy event. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea. We loved being outside of the city and closer to the water, and the hotel's amenities really catered to families. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-functioning bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. We enjoyed using the outdoor pool and gym, both of which were well-maintained.
We did experience some noise from nearby bars and restaurants in the evening.

I had a deluxe room: The Jacuzzi was big although water pressure was weak. Spacious room. Nice Sea View. Also the Breakfast was amazing.
I arrived to the hotel on Time, but had to wait 1.5 hours for the room to be cleaned! I was surprised upon checking into my room, to find that it is still very very dirty. Hair, dust, and other disgusting things were in the bed, jacuzzi and bathtub. The floor was sticking (meaning it hasn't been cleaned). Bed covers were not changed! I called for the room service, it took them another hour to get to my room to clean it! It Was the worst service ever! So my actual check in time was at like 4:30! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who requires a clean room!
